Babymoon to HongKong with YIN family ~ DAY 2

Warning*** full of food post for DAY 2.. 11 meals in a day ANYONE!!

Let me start off with the #OOTD

Always find it weird with the way Hubb takes pictures with his hand holding my tummy, even before I'm preggy lor.. This time kinda different, I dun find it weird liao..

Kick starter of the day!!

Die die wanna eat Maggie mee with meat in it, all thanks to my weird dream - Kong Ba ramen!! OMG!!

Another reason why I love this hotel is ~ it actually walkable distance to a lot of places and even train station..  

The queue was super long but fast!

AND lucky us, we only waited for less than 10 mins (I wanna say 5 mins de...), just nice there's a table for 6 so they asked us to go in..

Super happy lah!!

Usually will get their breakfast set for first timer here lah..

Firstly it only cost HKD39 for bread toast, scrambled egg, macaroni and milk or kopi or tea

I just can't live without eating bread and YES I can have it everyday, every meal..

I remembered my mil mentioned she can have bread everyday, and Hubb just saying you can never fight with mi..

Tourists shot in HongKong MTR is a must(I think :p)

Highly recommended by my in laws whose have been looking forward to buy the dried lemon since the day we booked this trip.

Sadly, lemon king had no lemon to sell..!

Friendly uncle letting us tried the legendary dried lemon even though he had no lemon to sell us..

Agnes B café ~ I always been wanna try it but never had the chances when I been to Taiwan for so many times..

Since we have plenty of time as we wanna wait for Oddies to open, why not ya!!

Especially the strawberry sponge cake!

Definitely worth my tummy space of the day!!

I only have a few bites of this lah..

Frankly speaking, nothing fantastic lei, just normal ice cream with normal egglett..

Munchies ~ Hubb favorite and he prefers this over Oddies

Tai Cheong Bakery ~ Tai cheong Egg tart

I skipped all the ice cream just for this and it really tastes so good, exactly the same in SG..

AND

I love it so much imagine I'm not a fan of egg tart!

Went back to Central to have our lunch, yes lunch, beside eating, I dunno what we can do next in HongKong liao lor..

I'm SERIOUS!

Lunch at Café de Coral 大家樂

MIL kept saying must come here eat but bo say which one is nice and since we haven't eat any roasted delight during this trip, all of us choose roasted meat.. (I just get to know that we should order their baked rice... If have a chance, try it..)

Anyway, we didn't ordered 1 portion for each and everyone lah.. For sharing lah!!

TEA break after shopping for an hr or so!!

WE ordered for the sake of sitting down in the café in the mall.. AND surprisingly it's GOOD!

I almost wanna get the instant ramen home but Hubb say the taste wun be as good de lah.. PLUS it's super doper expensive..

Saw the van selling ice cream and was so excited to get 1 right before we going for our dessert!!

This supposed to be our last stop ~ Hui Liu Shan

 Always wanna try HK style de Hui Liu Shan as I had been hearing how great and fantastic it is in HongKong

But was way too disappointing please..

Non of it taste nice not even good please!! Kinda waste my tummy space for it...

Just when I tot we ending our day with a hot bath, BIL and gf bot curry yu dan and MAC for supper!

I know I can reject de but I can't!

Always wanna try the curry yu dan ( all thanks to all the HongKong drama lah!!), and sadly it tasted okok only.. (Okay my gynae warned mi already that it dun tasted food de.. I love how my gynae side mi when Hubb asking her regarding travelling and the food)

Oh ya, I preferred Taiwan night market de lei.. Damnnn.. Missing Taiwan so badly! Need to try my best to convince Hubb to bring me there even just for 3D2N..

Babymoon to HongKong with YIN family ~ DAY 1

Oh man.. Holiday withdrawal.. How ar??

Most importantly, I can't travel liao coz stepping into week 27 le.. (Current update: I'm in 33 weeks lo)

Just last month, mi together  with Hubb's family took a short break from our busy schedule, a short getaway to Hong Kong.

First time to Hong Kong for myself and Hubb's bro gf, dunno how donkey times for my mil liao lo..

Just dun understand why she love Hong Kong so much..

Not for mi lei..

No doubt the food is fantastic (I'm actually missing HK food), but it's simply way too expensive.. (Pardon my comparison with Bangkok.. :(  AND I super miss Taiwan and Bangkok so much..)

Shopping in HongKong isn't cheap..
Plus I realised the clothing are from Taobao and they are selling even more expensive den bugis street.

I must say it is really expensive to shop and dine in Hong Kong nowadays...

So this trip is more about eat and eat and eat! (YES!!!! No shopping loots!! OMG!)

Sadly Hubb stopped us from buying, telling us we can have it almost every night since there's 7 Eleven everywhere.. WE gave the idea up but who knows... Not all 7-Eleven have this variety lor!! So far, I think only airport ba..

First meal ~ McDonald breakfast

Without fail, I must try all the McDonald in every countries I went..

Bangkok still the best for their Samurai Pork burger... Okay I missing it liao lah.. Anyone tabao back for mi!!!

First stop ~ Wong Tai Sin

Right after we deposited our luggages at the hotel as we are too early for the check in..

Usually check in time is after 2pm..

I seriously need my morning bathe! I wondered how I can take it during my confinement month..

 Had our second breakfast at Tsui Wah restaurant which was highly recommended by Hubb cousin and even my MIL..

To mi, all taste the same..

We went separate way after brunch.. 

PIL went to buy their 'shao la' at Sham Shui Po and the youngster have no interests since we wanna shop shop abit and Sham shui Po have nothing much to shop.. We decided to go Argyle centre to walk. Sadly, we are too early (it was about 11plus am) and most of the shops have not open yet. We were told that most shop will only open after 12 plus 1 as they close shop berry late at night which is like after 1-2 am..

Hearsay we have to wait for an hour or so as their outlet is so so small, limited seats oso lah..

To our surprise, we get to go in once all of us reached and ordered.

 Food we had ordered..

One of the best dim sum we had in HongKong..

Hubb even wanna go back another day which stopped by me... (too many dim sum places to go to liao lah..)

Definitely, if I was to choose Yi Dian Xin or Tim Ho Wan, I will choose Yi Dian Xin..

Must try: Dan San (one of the Cantonese name we remember deeply.. hahaha!)

We stayed in Hotel Madera Hong Kong at Cheong Lok Street

I love the room and everything.. Too bad not able to upload the video lei..

The hotel even provided unlimited use of local data and even unlimited use of local and internation call for each room!!

Mak's noodle for dinner

Super like the noodle.. My style!

I miss the noodle so much lor..

But I seriously think that the food in HongKong is way too expensive le lah..

HKD99 @ the rate of 5.6 is S$17.68

Yes for this 2 bowl of noodle!! I wonder how much they are selling in SG for this 2 bowls in shopping center lor..  

Walked around Jordon street and Temple street but seriousl NOTHING to shop and buy!!
